  • Responsibilities:

    Research and review existing Individualized Education Program (IEP) templates and guidelines to understand best practices and legal requirements.

    Collaborate with the non-profit foundation's team to identify specific needs and requirements for the IEP template.

    Design and develop a comprehensive IEP template that aligns with legal standards, reflects evidence-based practices, and meets the unique needs of children with PTLS.

    Include sections for student demographics, present levels of academic achievement and functional performance, measurable annual goals, progress monitoring, accommodations and modifications, related services, transition planning, and parental input. (we need Adriana to look at this one and see what all we need to include)

    Ensure the IEP template is user-friendly and accessible for educators, parents, and other stakeholders, with clear instructions and guidance provided throughout.

    Pilot test the IEP template with a sample group of educators and stakeholders to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
