Who makes the PTLS Hope merch?
All of our PTLS merch is proudly brought to you by our own PTLS mom Shelly Kroetch, mom to Jamison, 18. Shelly has run Market Seven Designs since 2021 and is generously donating her time to create these amazing items for us all to buy and wear proudly to raise awareness & show our support for PTLS Hope as well as raising much needed funds for research. Shelly has also been the admin of our amazing Facebook family support group since 2010, thank you for your talent, dedication & hardwork for our PTLS community Shelly!
How does the sizing work for the clothes?
We have provided the size details for each individual item in the product descriptions - please scroll to the bottom of the description for the size details - the measurements are in inches
Where do you deliver to?
We can ship mostly anywhere - at the moment we offer international shipping at checkout - if your country isn’t listed for delivery at checkout just drop us a message below to let us know and we can add it for you to complete your order.

How much is shipping?
The shipping cost will vary depending on the amount of items purchased - the shipping is calculated on the total estimated weight of the parcel & shipping will be calculated in your basket before placing your order.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
All our Merch is made to order, meaning its printed on demand to reduce waste & overstock, when we receive orders if we don’t have items on hand we will order them which can take upto 5-7 working days.
Printing takes - 1-2 working days
Dispatch takes - 1-2 working days
Delivery - upto 5 working days depending on location (only USA) - We will be adding more countries soon, sign up to see when we will ship internationally.
Please allow us 2 full weeks to process, print and dispatch your order, however we always endeavour to work as fast as possible!

How do I care for my PTLS Merch?
All PTLS Hope merch I machine washable - please follow the care instructions on the care label inside the garment.
What is the returns policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the PTLS Hope Research Foundation online store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.
Customized items, such as those personalized with names or specific designs, are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a faulty or damaged customized item, please contact us immediately for a replacement.
For all other non-customized items, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds:
Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Shipping:
Orders are typically processed in 1-7 business days depending on how busy the store is and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the weight of th parcel and your location.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
